When you apply for a volunteer opportunity, we collect:

• Your CV/resume (uploaded as a PDF)
• Your answers to application questions

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and review your volunteer application
• Share your application with the relevant host organization (e.g., Full Moon Island Resort)
• Contact you about your application status
• Send you a confirmation email when you apply

Who Sees Your Information

Your application information is shared with the host organization you're applying to. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and file storage). Your CV is stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to administrators.

Your Rights

You can request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your application and associated data
